Refund Policy

All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing. Exceptions to this policy will only be considered on a case-by-case basis for sold out courses, trips or races, and if the canceled space can be filled by another participant who meets the requirements of the course, trip or race.

REFUND POLICY

• More than 60 days prior = Full refund minus any transaction and processing fees

• 60-30 days prior = 50% refund

• Less than 30 days = no refund
